400 kV Ekhyddan substations , Sweden
Scope: Commissioning and configuration services for Siemens relay protection and control.
Mumias and Rangala substations, Kenya
With building 34km 132kV single circuit line from the Mumias to Rang’ala, with a power transfer capacity of 73MW the project also includes the construction of Rang’ala substation and extension of Mumias substation.
Scope: Configuration and commissioning of RTU in two substations.
HVDC offshore platform DolWin 1, the Netherlands
HVDC Dolwin 1 is a high voltage direct current link built to transmit offshore wind power to the power grid of the German mainland. The project differs from most HVDC systems in that one of the two converter stations is built on a platform in the sea. Voltage-Sourced Converters are used and the total cable length is 165 km. The project was built by ABB and was handed over to its owner, TenneT, in July 2015
Scope: One of our engineers working on this offshore platform, he is supervisor for AC/DC systems.
400/130 kV Rabacken substation, Sweden
Aedilis engineers did full configuration of all Siemens – 7SA6xx, 7UT6xx, ABB – REB670, RET670, REL670, REF615protection terminals with IEC 61850 protocol and goose messaging for Siemens protections. For ABB terminals we did configuration for units and ABB created .scd file, because we don’t have IET600 software license.
Factory acceptance tests were provided by our team in Vasteras.
Full commissioning and testing during SAT and participation on energizing substations. Primary equipment testing (circuit breakers) we out of scope. We did voltage and current transformer testing.
